John Proctor 12 Noon \nand Teen Workshop on Trade Career Opportunities w. Tyisha Jett – 12 noon \n*** Registration grants access to all sessions *** \nEnlarging the Bag 2021 will feature 3 adult workshops focused on Generational Wealth\, Entrepreneural Knowledge\, and Investing Money and Time. Additionally\, there will be 1 teen workshop focused on exploring Trade (job) Opportunities. \nA $5 registration donation will be collected to support our scholarship fund. The first 100 registrants will be automatically entered into our raffle for chances to win bluetooth speakers\, A Rachel Ray Cookware Set\, Gift Cards\, and More! \nMore About Us: \nThe Love Zion Baptist Church and The Center for Economic Empowerment at Love Zion\, Inc. are excited to present the second annual financial literacy symposium \, “Enlarging the Bag 2021”. \nLove Zion Baptist Church has been impacting North Philadelphia through service and the word of God since 1984. Our mission is to be an ever-growing family of believers\, following the teachings and example of Jesus the Christ\, holistically transforming our local community and world through the love of God\, while being continually transformed ourselves. \nThe Center for Economic Empowerment at Love Zion Incorporated (CEE) was started in 2019\, aiming to provide training and resources that lead to long term economic freedom and empowerment for residents of North Philadelphia. After the launch event\, Securing the Bag 2020\, CEE hosted a series of virtual monthly financial literacy workshops through and beyond Covid-19 restrictions in order to continue to serve the community. Enlarging the Bag 2021 will be the 2nd Annual Financial Literacy Symposium/Conference.
